Our Office and Services
Southpoint Office is a 2 story building in Lowfield Heath next to Gatwick Airport. We offer leased office accommodation as well as unbranded serviced offices and virtual offices.
All our rooms are ready furnished and come with internet access as well as a private telephone with itemised billing. High capacity broadband can be supplied at additional cost. There are power and data points to each room/suite.
There is a kitchen for shared use and toilets on each floor, with a meeting room available to rent at an additional charge.
A reception area is provided on the ground floor and along with a passenger lift to all floors. We have anytime, day or night, seven days a week access via a swipe card system. A large car park is available at the rear of the building.
Inclusive of your the rent are broadband, guaranteed parking, office cleaning, 1 telephone and number per desk (call charges apply), reception facilities, postal and delivery services, furniture, kitchen facilities and all utilities, including heating and air conditioning.
Exclusive of your rent are; phone call charges, business rates. If your company has one office and is below approx. 500sq ft you will be eligible for 100% rate relief.
Southpoint is located in Crawley and is 5 minutes away from the town centre amenities which includes high street banks, shops, bars and restaurants which are accessible via a local bus service and car.
Gatwick Airport and Manor Royal Business Park are a 2 minutes drive away, the M23 junctions for Gatwick and Crawley, 5 minute drive away, facilitating easy access to London and Brighton.

The team is all locally based, we have an on-site manager/owner and a dedicated front desk receptionist.
South Point Virtual Offices

A Virtual Office at South Point provides the opportunity for businesses to expand their presence in the South of England and specifically in the Gatwick / Crawley area.
A targeted business address, can be included on company correspondence, from business cards to online listings.
We will manage your incoming mail and if applicable, can forward on, or scan and email to you (additional fee).
Across our options we can also provide a local telephone number (with 24 hour access answering machine), and can include a virtual receptionist answering your calls based on your brief, or we can forward calls to another number of your choosing.
As a VO subscriber you also have access to the South Point meeting room.
